The Art Institute of Salt Lake City

Our History

Established in 2007, The Art Institute of Salt Lake City is a branch of The Art Institute of Las Vegas. The school is one of The Art Institutes, a system of 35 schools across North America. The Art Institutes have provided career-oriented education programs in design, media arts, fashion and culinary for over 35 years, and has more than 125,000 alumni.


Accreditation

The Art Institute of Salt Lake City is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) as a branch of The Art Institute of Las Vegas. The State of Utah has given conditional approval for the institution with final approval contingent upon ACCSCT approval of Application for Branch Part I. Final approval from ACCST will be granted with approval of Application for a Branch Part II, www.accsct.org, 2101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 302 Arlington, Virginia 22201 (703) 247-4212.


Programs

Whether you have a flair for cooking or a passion for design, you'll be taught and mentored by faculty working in that profession. . Their real-world experience combined with an outstanding curriculum and focus on job placement will prepare you for entry-level positions in your chosen field.

Program offerings range from Culinary Management and Baking & Pastry to Digital Media Production and Graphic Design. Each program is offered on a year-round basis, allowing you to continue your studies uninterrupted until graduation. Programs are created with the support and contributions of leading members of the professional community. Curricula are reviewed periodically to ensure they meet the needs of a changing marketplace.


Career Services

Our Career Services Department assists eligible students in locating and securing part-time, freelance, and field-related employment at no additional charge to the student. While The Art Institute of Salt Lake City provides career assistance to eligible students, it does not guarantee employment.
